We offer the following rental services:
Administration
- Collect rent(s)/deposit in trust
- Deal with tenants on all matters
- Carry out property inspections, as required
- Represent the interests of the owner(s) at rent review boards, small claims courts, etc.
- Attend annual general meetings of condominium corporations, where applicable
- Ensure all expenses are paid
- Provide the owner(s) with monthly and year-end financial statements and records of expenses
Leasing
- Prepare and place ads for leasing
- Arrange for and show the property
- Prepare the lease and arrange for signing
- Renegotiate the lease at renewal time
- Perform credit and employment checks
- Obtain the first and last month’s rent
- Inspect the property at time of leasing
Maintenance
- Recommend repairs
- Arrange and implement repairs
- Ensure specifications are prepared
- Solicit quotations
